The Tenaglia debate continues to be one of the most contentious debates in the contemporary scene of house music. Some people enjoy when he is on as opposed to, for example, Sasha whom I have had the pleasure of watching spin live and has not performed up to its expectations. Sasha is definitely a genius with the stuff he gets out there and has some good compilations on his belt but when it comes to a live DJ set, I haven’t been able to fully enjoy the music he’s played. Still, it is important to recognize the effort involved and the legacy that both DJs have left for the electronic movement.

I’ll give a listen to Bortolossi’s mix. Is there a tracklisting available for it? If there is, good, if not, that’s o.k. too.

Fran is always surprising us with amazing tracks and technique. He is one of my favorite DJs and he is being recognized for everything that he have been presenting.
