In Demand: Kosmas Epsilon

Kosmas Epsilon is definitely not new to the world of house music. His tracks have been a permanent fixture in the CD bags of every major DJ for quite sometime now.

I came to known of Kosmas through his work with Somnus Corp, producing some incredible tracks like ‘Metal Bronco’ and ‘Buenos Tiempos’. These are the tracks that really got me listening. He also has productions signed to some of the best labels out there including Renaissance, Global Underground, Alternative Route and his own label, Epsilon Trax.

When he’s not in the studio he’s touring the globe. From Mexico to Russia, Kosmas is proving to be a truly In Demand talent!

After hearing so many incredible productions you wonder if it’s possible that he can be an equally masterful DJ. Well after listening to these mixes, I would have to say yes!

This is one long set of full on energy all the way through. Techy house blended with some groovy baselines, instrumental tones and atmospheric highs that would be perfect for any dance floor.

  6. Warturtle says:

The first mix is dope. It has such a tribal vibe that adds flavour to the mix and keeps the set in perspective.
I haven’t heard one like these in a while.
    Good stuff.

Kosmas is also a great person to hang with, relaxed conversations, magnetic personality, sense of humour and always in the mood for tasty meals =)

My musical tastes have been reshaping constanlty along the time, my once favourite djs and producers styles’ have evolved as well and i have found i don’t listen to most of them anymore but, Kosmas’ work has been around since the first time i listened to Feed Me Acid!

I must confess i even recorded “Kosmas Epsilon Con-Fused – 19 March 2007″ on tape, a night we ran out of fresh cds and my wife and i were SO into this set, we did not wanted to play anything else in our truck. It had to be this set no matter the source or nothing else!

I’d gladly offer such tape to MODDER, but he is not into the mixtapes fashion anymore…

Cheers Lisa and Gregor for this post =)
